Membership Terms & Conditions

Golf Syndicate provides a subscription-based membership platform that offers access to certain services, benefits and features as determined by Golf Syndicate from time to time.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• Membership provides access to platform services and benefits only;
• Membership does not constitute the purchase of, or entitlement to, entries in any lottery, gambling activity or game of chance;
• Any promotional campaigns accessible through the platform are conducted by independent third-party promoters or draw providers; and
• Golf Syndicate does not conduct prize draws and does not determine winners.

A person must not become a Member unless they:

• are at least 18 years of age;
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• provide accurate and complete information; and
• comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Golf Syndicate may, at its absolute discretion, refuse, suspend or terminate any membership application or account.

Golf Syndicate may offer multiple membership tiers.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• membership tiers, benefits and features may be determined, modified or withdrawn by Golf Syndicate at its absolute discretion;
• any description of membership benefits on the platform is indicative only; and
• Golf Syndicate does not guarantee the availability, continuity or quality of any benefit.

Membership is provided on a recurring subscription basis for the fee specified on the platform.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• all fees are payable in advance at the applicable billing interval;
• fees are charged through a third-party payment provider;
• Golf Syndicate does not control third-party payment systems; and
• failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of membership.

To the extent permitted by law, membership fees are non-refundable.

Membership status is determined solely by Golf Syndicate’s platform records and any associated payment processor records.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• Golf Syndicate’s records are final and binding in determining membership status; and
• only Members with an “Active” status are entitled to receive membership benefits.

Golf Syndicate may make promotional campaigns available through the platform.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• eligibility for any campaign is determined solely by Golf Syndicate’s systems;
• eligibility may depend on membership status, tier, timing and campaign-specific rules;
• Golf Syndicate may determine eligibility at its absolute discretion; and
• eligibility does not guarantee participation in any draw or receipt of any prize.

Golf Syndicate may allocate promotional eligibility allocations to Members.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• allocations determine how many times a Member may appear in a campaign eligibility record;
• allocations are a platform benefit only;
• allocations are not purchased entries and have no monetary value; and
• Golf Syndicate may modify allocation structures at its absolute discretion.

Golf Syndicate may generate a campaign eligibility snapshot at a specified time.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• the snapshot record determines campaign eligibility;
• only data recorded in the snapshot will be provided to the draw provider;
• Golf Syndicate’s snapshot records are final and binding; and
• technical errors, timing differences or system limitations may affect inclusion in the snapshot.

All campaigns include a free entry method in accordance with the applicable campaign terms.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• free entry eligibility is subject to strict compliance with entry requirements;
• Golf Syndicate may determine the validity of any entry at its absolute discretion; and
• invalid or non-compliant entries may be excluded.

All prize draws are conducted by independent third parties.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• Golf Syndicate does not conduct or control prize draws;
• Golf Syndicate does not influence outcomes;
• Golf Syndicate is not responsible for the conduct of promoters or draw providers; and
• any dispute relating to a draw must be directed to the relevant promoter or provider.

The Member must not:

• create multiple accounts;
• engage in fraudulent or misleading conduct;
• attempt to manipulate campaigns or platform systems; or
• misuse referral systems or partner offers.

Golf Syndicate may, at its absolute discretion, suspend or terminate membership where a breach occurs.

Golf Syndicate may operate a referral program.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• referral attribution is determined solely by Golf Syndicate’s systems;
• attribution may be affected by technical factors outside Golf Syndicate’s control; and
• Golf Syndicate’s determination of referral attribution is final.

Golf Syndicate may designate certain Members as Founding Members.

Golf Syndicate may determine eligibility, benefits and recognition at its absolute discretion.

The Member may cancel their membership in accordance with platform processes.

Golf Syndicate may suspend or terminate membership:

• for breach of these Terms;
• for misuse of the platform; or
• at its absolute discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golf Syndicate excludes all liability for any Loss arising from:

• use of the platform;
• participation in campaigns;
• third-party services; or
• system errors or technical failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Golf Syndicate may amend these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
