Partner Marketplace Terms

Golf Syndicate may operate a digital marketplace (Marketplace) that displays and promotes third-party businesses, products and services.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

• the Marketplace is a listing and promotional platform only;
• Golf Syndicate does not supply, manufacture or provide any third-party goods or services; and
• Golf Syndicate does not act as agent, partner or representative of any third-party business.

All businesses listed on the Marketplace are independent third parties.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

• any interaction, transaction or engagement with a third-party business is solely between the User and that business;
• Golf Syndicate does not control the conduct, pricing, availability or performance of any third-party business; and
• Golf Syndicate makes no representation or warranty regarding any third-party business.

Third-party businesses may provide information, offers and promotional content through the Marketplace.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

• all such content is provided by third parties;
• Golf Syndicate does not verify, guarantee or endorse the accuracy of such content;
• offers, pricing and availability may change without notice; and
• the User must independently verify all information prior to relying on it.

Any purchase or transaction made via a third-party business is governed solely by that business’s terms and conditions.

The User acknowledges and agrees that Golf Syndicate:

• is not a party to any transaction between the User and a third party;
• does not process payments for third-party goods or services unless expressly stated;
• has no responsibility for fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds or service quality; and
• has no liability in relation to any dispute arising from such transactions.

The Marketplace may contain links to external websites.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

• Golf Syndicate does not control or operate external websites;
• access to external websites is at the User’s own risk; and
• Golf Syndicate is not responsible for any content, security or data handling practices of external websites.

Golf Syndicate may maintain commercial relationships with third-party businesses, including affiliate arrangements.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

• Golf Syndicate may receive financial or non-financial benefits from user interactions with third parties; and
• such relationships do not constitute endorsement, control or responsibility for third-party products or services.

Golf Syndicate may monitor partner activity but is not obliged to do so.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

• Golf Syndicate does not guarantee the conduct, reliability or legality of any partner;
• complaints regarding partners must be directed to the relevant third-party business; and
• Golf Syndicate may, but is not obliged to, review or act on complaints.

Golf Syndicate may, at its absolute discretion:

• remove, suspend or modify any partner listing;
• restrict visibility of any partner; or
• alter Marketplace functionality.

The User acknowledges that Golf Syndicate is not liable for any Loss arising from such actions.

Golf Syndicate does not warrant that information displayed on the Marketplace is accurate, complete or current.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

• reliance on Marketplace content is at the User’s own risk; and
• the User must verify all information directly with the relevant third party.

The User must not:

• engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct;
• misuse partner offers or promotions;
• impersonate another person or entity; or
• interfere with the operation of the Marketplace.

Golf Syndicate may, at its absolute discretion, restrict or terminate access to the Marketplace for any breach.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golf Syndicate excludes all liability for any Loss arising out of or in connection with:

• any interaction or transaction with a third-party business;
• the accuracy or completeness of Marketplace content;
• the conduct or performance of third-party businesses;
• the availability or functionality of the Marketplace; and
• any external website accessed through the Marketplace.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The User acknowledges and agrees that they have not relied on any representation, statement or warranty made by Golf Syndicate outside of these Terms.

Golf Syndicate may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Marketplace at any time.

The User acknowledges that continued use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
